No. Recovery disks usually aren’t backups of your personal data. They are utilities for restoring the operating system on your computer.
You should do a new backup for your personal data.
i reccomend that you dont do that. do it on a different disk. if you alter your recovery disk, then the next time you try and recover, most likely it wont work.
No NO NO don’t even try it you will screw up your recovery Cd’s
